This product was developed by ZOOM Co., Ltd., a company certified as a "New Business Field Pioneer" under the "FY2025 Shinshu Venture Enterprise Priority Procurement Program."As a result, it has become possible to conduct public procurement without going through a bidding process—not only within Nagano Prefecture but also with other local governments that are registered with and participating in Tokyo's "First Customer Alliance."
- Equipped with a compact fisheye lens featuring the industry's largest downward tilt angle (20 degrees), it captures a field of view spanning 220 degrees vertically and 360 degrees horizontally. When mounted on a vehicle, it captures imagery extending down to the road surface.
- Patented technology enhances resolution by boosting image height at the lens periphery, enabling clear, high-quality capture of the entire area surrounding the camera's sides.
- Features a high-resolution 12.3-megapixel color CMOS sensor.
- Outputs crisp digital images via USB. Connects directly to a PC for operation and video monitoring. No image degradation occurs during transmission.
- The camera continuously outputs a circular fisheye image, which is processed in real-time by the dedicated application. Display modes include circular, zoomed, split-screen, and vertical panoramic views; users can also freely specify areas via Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) to crop and output specific sections.
- Provides a seamless, single-source image with rapid processing.
- No moving parts for PTZ functions, resulting in a low failure rate.
- All-weather design featuring a dustproof/waterproof (IP66) and impact-resistant (IK10) polycarbonate dome.

Example of GPS-linked video mapping software (MPEG-4 video)
Recorded using the PLC220-12M 360° vehicle-mounted camera.
This specialized software integrates location data (latitude,
longitude, and time)—captured via a GPS receiver during
recording—with map data.
It displays the travel path on a map (via an internet-connected PC)
and automatically switches the displayed video feed based on the
vehicle's current location.
The footage is captured in a full 360-degree spherical format,
allowing for flexible, unfolded viewing.
Vmap video mapping software is a licensed product; a separate
license is required for each PC. While the instruction manual
can be downloaded from this site, please purchase the installer
from the camera retailer or the manufacturer. Registration with
the manufacturer and payment of the license fee are required.
Note 1: The video examples above have been converted to MPEG-4 format; therefore,
the resolution differs from that of the actual video.
Note 2: The latest version does not include a brightness adjustment function.
However, image rendering speed has been improved.
